Honeycomb is delighted to be working with the Business Services Organisation to recruit a Band 3 Administrator for their Procurement and Logistics team based in Lisburn. This role offers an immediate start. Location: LisburnOrganisation: Business Services OrganisationPay Rate: £12.75 per hour Working pattern: Monday- Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm Contract: Temporary This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced administrative environment within a well-established public sector organisation. This role requires a candidate with excellent attention to detail and strong data input experience. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a first point of contact for service users and healthcare professionals via phone and in personProcess customer requests, requisitions, and queries accurately and efficientlySchedule and coordinate deliveries and collections of equipment and continence productsMaintain accurate records across internal systems and databasesLiaise with clinical staff such as Occupational Therapists and District NursesManage documentation including delivery notes, collection dockets, and requisitionsSupport stock control, order processing, and returns to suppliersInvestigate and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional mannerAssist with stock counts and catalogue managementProvide administrative support to management as required Essential CriteriaYou must meet one of the following:5 GCSEs (A-C) including English and Maths plus 1 year of relevant experience OR2 years' relevant experience in a customer service, procurement, or logistics environmentRelevant experience should include:Customer service and call handlingOrder processingUse of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Key SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organisational and administrative abilitiesAbility to manage and prioritise workload effectivelyHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to deliver high standards of customer serviceConfidence using IT systems and databases Additional InformationIf you would like to apply or find out more about this role, please contact Geraldine Stevenson at Honeycomb using the details provided.If you have a disability and require support at any stage of the recruitment process, please let us know so appropriate arrangements can be made.Please note successful applicants may be required to complete a Basic or Enhanced Access NI check (cost approximately £18+, depending on role requirements).
