Job Summary Engagement and Recovery Officer The Engagement and Recovery Officer plays a key role in promoting recovery-oriented practice through meaningful engagement with individuals supported by Nua Healthcare, their families/carers, service management, and relevant stakeholders.
The role exists to ensure individuals feel heard, empowered, and actively involved in their recovery, while supporting services to deliver person-centred, collaborative, and effective care in line with regulatory, contractual, and organisational requirements.
