Cpl Healthcare are actively seeking qualified Social Care Assistants for residential services based in Dublin.
We are seeking enthusiastic professionals to support adults in intellectual disabilities in a community-based setting, assisting with independent living skills and integration into the community. We currently have perm and contract positions available.
Requirements
* Experience working with vulnerable adults with complex needs
* FETAC Level 5 in Healthcare or similar
* Full clean Manual Driver's license
* Working knowledge of HIQA regulations and experience adhering to National Standard policies
* Experience and understanding of person-centred care and planning.
