Senior Leadership Position
This pivotal role involves overseeing a diverse client portfolio, guiding a skilled team, and collaborating closely with the Board of Directors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the Audit & Accounts department
* Drive performance assessments, training, and foster a culture of accountability and ethics
* Act as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio, build lasting relationships, deliver tailored solutions, and cross-sell services
* Oversee audits, financial statements, and tax filings, ensuring compliance with UK GAAP, FRS 102, IFRS, and ISAs while maintaining advanced technical knowledge
* Collaborate with Directors on strategic objectives, lead business development initiatives, monitor commercial outcomes, and champion digital innovation for efficiency and client success
