Job Purpose
Reporting to the CEO, this full‑time permanent role has the Residential and Respite Manager as a member of the senior management team, providing strategic health and social care leadership to residential and respite services. The post holder will deliver the highest possible quality of support and care within St Christopher's Services and provide professional/clinical leadership in the designated area(s) of responsibility.

Support individuals with complex needs.
Deliver major change programmes successfully.
Manage financial and budget responsibilities.
Qualifications
Minimum Level 8 Degree in Nursing (RNID, RPN, or RGN with relevant disability services experience) or an equivalent Level 8 or higher qualification in Health or Social Care; Level 9 (Master’s) desirable.
Appropriate management qualification in health or social care – QQI Level 6.
High standard of suitability and clinical, managerial and administrative capacity to properly discharge the functions of the role.
Minimum of 5 years management experience in a similar setting.
Possession of an up‑to‑date, valid Irish Driving License.
Eligibility to work in Ireland.

Salary Scale: GRADE VIII (CLERICAL) €82,252 – €99,205 (depending on experience); DIRECTOR OF NURSING BAND 2A (GENERAL) €87,526 – €96,903.
