We are seeking a highly organised and reliable Secretary / Administrator to join our team. The role involves providing professional administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations, and assisting management with day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities
* Answering phone calls and responding to emails professionally
* Managing office correspondence and maintaining accurate records
* Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
* Assisting with invoicing, basic bookkeeping, and reporting
* Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Preparing documents, forms, and reports as required
* Supporting management with ad hoc administrative tasks
* Ensuring office supplies and resources are well-maintained
Requirements
* Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Professional, proactive, and reliable attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
