Job Overview
This role involves a significant amount of independent working, utilizing your initiative in managing staff and aiding in recruitment processes.
* Able to provide support for driver resources while developing drivers based at the Service Center.
* An experienced service support team must be able to debrief effectively, ensuring full communication of customer information to colleagues and successful previous/current account system management. The successful candidate will daily respond promptly and make arrangements as needed, sometimes recommending solutions prior to vehicle deployment.
