Job Description
We are seeking a positive and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the AXA Partners CLP IT team.
About the Role
* The Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on the Product backlog aligned with the product vision and roadmap.
* This role reports to the Product Manager within CLP IT.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work with cross-functional teams to translate high-level business requirements into detailed User Stories and functional specifications.
2. Coordinate with Product Owners, developers, and testers to ensure clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
3. Act as Scrum Master during Agile ceremonies with stakeholders.
4. Support change management through impact analysis and change specifications.
5. Enhance business analysis processes within the Tribe & BA Community of Practice.
6. Assist in identifying automation opportunities for business requirements and their integration.
7. Manage end-to-end change processes, supporting implementation to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
8. Resolve user issues to minimize business disruption, including managing Level 3 support for production issues.
9. Mentor fellow Business Analysts, sharing knowledge and expertise.
10. Manage large-scale business and IT changes across multiple entities and products.
11. Provide coverage or support for the IT Product Manager as needed.
12. Report on key initiatives to Senior Management.
Your Profile
Key Skills & Experience
* 5+ years in Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies, with experience integrating third-party systems.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
* Business Analysis qualification and/or Scrum certification.
* Experience in Agile environments, including managing KANBAN & Scrum boards.
* Knowledge of financial services and insurance business models and processes.
* Proven ability to elicit requirements and produce deliverables under tight deadlines.
* Strong negotiation skills to find win-win solutions and challenge the status quo.
* Effective time management and organizational skills.
* Analytical thinking to translate business needs into IT solutions.
* Ability to work independently and take responsibility for delivering customer requirements.
* Proactive in ownership and resolution of issues.
