We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading supplier in premium HVAC and building services solutions, for an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join their growing team.
This is a key role focused on driving new business and building strong relationships across the ventilation sector engaging with M&E consultants, developers, and contractors nationwide.
What you'll do:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow the ventilation division
* Deliver CPD presentations to M&E consultants and engineering firms
* Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and partners
* Identify and secure new business opportunities across Ireland
* Collaborate with internal technical and sales teams to deliver best-in-class solutions
* Stay ahead of market trends and contribute to new product strategies
What you'll need:
* 3+ years' experience in HVAC, construction, or building services
* Strong background in business development and client relationship management
* Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills
* Engineering or Building Services qualification an advantage
* Flexibility to travel nationwide
