Join us and become part of a forward-thinking team committed to innovation and excellenceKey ResponsibilitiesAssist with the preparation of fortnightly & monthly payroll for Ireland, Europe and UKCollation of weekly timesheet data on Time Management System (NTD) and check for accuracyCalculate wage payments based on NTD readings, liaise with project leads when reviewing clock records to rectify any discrepanciesManage and process annual leave entitlements and employee benefitsStrict adherence to deadlines in payroll process & Revenue submissionsWork closely with HR function to ensure continuous flow of relevant data across functions to aid the payroll processProcess all new starters and leavers on NTDFirst point of contact for staff payroll queriesAssist with biometric set up of any new profilesMaintain all records and filesProduce monthly reports and returns and reconcile sameSkills and Competencies3+ years experience working with payroll essentialA specific Payroll qualification is desirablePrevious experience working with multi-jurisdictional (European) payroll would be advantageous but not essential as training will be providedExperience using computerised payroll softwareProficiency in Microsoft applications especially ExcelAnalytically minded with excellent attention to detail ensuring accuracyAbility to plan, prioritise, multi-task and meet multiple deadlinesKnowledge of basic principles in Employment Legislation or statutory entitlementsExcellent customer service & communication skillsLocationSlane, IrelandDepartmentFinanceContactTo apply, email your CV now
