About the RoleA leading provider of climate control solutions is seeking an ambitious Sales Director to lead its commercial growth across Ireland. You will be responsible for shaping sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and building strong customer relationships in the HVAC solutions market.This is a key leadership role for an experienced sales professional with proven success in technical sales, channel development, and strategic client engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve ambitious national revenue targets.Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team across Ireland.Identify and expand new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and building services sectors.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, distributors, and partners.Drive sales pipeline development and improve forecasting accuracy. Collaborate with marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure commercial success and customer satisfaction.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms in line with company objectives.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product and service positioning.Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.Skills & ExperienceProven track record in sales leadership, preferably within HVAC, mechanical services or building services sectors.Strong commercial acumen with experience in strategic account management and business development.Ability to lead and motivate sales teams to consistently exceed targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in CRM and sales performance tools.Comfortable with regular travel across Ireland and participation in industry events.What’s On OfferTotal salary €140,000 Base salary up to €100,000 Company bonus 40% of salary 23 days holidayInterested?
