About the Role:
* Manage daily operations to ensure high standards of Health, Safety, and Quality on site.
* Develop and implement project plans and programs.
* Promote effective client and stakeholder relationships.
* Lead and manage direct labour, plant resources, and subcontractors.
* Maintain strong commercial awareness and identify risks within projects.
* Implement change control processes and agreements.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 8 years' experience in project management with broad knowledge of public works contracts.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and commercial skills.
* A third-level qualification in a construction-related discipline.
* A clean Full Irish driving license.
