Applicants are invited for a limited number of placements to cover annual leave absences.The Customer Service Advisor will join ESB Networks Customer Service teams, within the Customer Experience Area, ESB Networks, providing customer support to all electricity customers. Customer Service Advisors deal with a broad range of work including dealing with customer queries, emergency and no supply situations, scheduling and managing work programmes, Pay As You Go metering processes, supporting electricity suppliers, new connections and general enquiries. In this role the Customer Service Advisor works as part of highly skilled externally CCA accredited team that delivers first class customer service across various customer channels.EssentialAll applicants must have completed first year of a 3rd Level Degree and be returning to college in September to continue this courseApplicants must not be in their final year of their Primary DegreeApplicants will not be eligible if employed in ESB for 2 previous summersRelevant Customer Service ExperienceRelevant Teamwork ExperienceIT SkillsSuccessful applicants must be available to commence their placements mid May 2026Location: On site at ESB Networks Office, Sarsfield Road, Wilton, Co.
