Contracts Manager Dublin €85'000 - €100'000 We are hiring an experienced Contracts Manager for a newly created role in this Engineering Group as they continue to expand and build a wonderful reputation in the marketplace as an employer of choice. It's an exciting time for the organisation as they have laid the ground work for their planned expansion and you get to join them in the middle of this, where they have the structures in place and you will help them continue to drive the level of service their clients expect as they grow. Your role will involve managing contracts from negotiation stage to completion, ensuring contractual compliance, working on a portfolio of €10 million worth of projects, working from sales stage, understanding customer requirements, supporting tendering process, ensuring contract specifications are accurate. Oversee the projects team, managing budgets, ensuring resources are available, produce a program of works, ensuring QA, onsite visits, liaise with senior leadership on major project updates, attend client meetings, assess risks ongoing, and general management requirements for major projects. It is essential you have no less than 5 years Project Management in Construction/Engineering projects. You will have a Mechanical background with relevant engineering qualification. You will have a strong track record managing staff, subcontractors as well.
