Category Manager
This is a mid-senior level role that entails developing and delivering a category strategy. The successful candidate will drive business growth by creating and executing plans that meet financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver annual budgets for various product lines, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
* BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH VENDORS TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy product ranges within the category and across categories to enhance their value
* Monitor product performance and take corrective actions as needed
* Manage new product development with merchandising specialists, development and technical teams
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
* High level of commercial expertise with 3-5 years relevant experience in the food industry
* Demonstrated track record of applying financial and commercial skills to achieve business objectives
