What You'll DoPrep & ServiceExecute daily mise en place for all menus; cook and present dishes to brand standards (including staff meals).Maintain portion control and plate consistency; adapt to service needs and specials.Standards & SafetyUphold HACCP, food hygiene, allergen, and temperature-logging requirements at all times.Operate, clean, and store kitchen equipment safely, following cleaning/maintenance schedules.Keep stations and back-of-house areas clean, safe, organised .People & OperationsSupport Head/Sous/Junior Sous Chefs ; follow direction and communicate clearly.Supervise and train commis/assistant chefs; model best practice and pace.Protect stock and company property; minimise waste; assist with stock rotation and counts.Attend required training and team communications. What Makes You a Great FitCulinary training and professional experience preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard.Strong mise en place discipline and efficiency during peak service.Solid knowledge of HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and allergen controls.Skilled with kitchen equipment; confident in safe operation and cleaning.Reliable, organised, calm under pressure; a team player who takes initiative and direction.
