This is a key role in ensuring the smooth running of production operations, with responsibility for operating machinery, processing orders, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.Key Responsibilities· Operate WAL and palletising machinery to achieve maximum output.· Actively process orders and consume packaging using SAP systems.· Work effectively on a rotating shift pattern.· Collaborate within a team setting to meet production targets.· Maintain accurate records to a high standard.· Ensure work areas are audit-ready at all times.· Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.· Uphold high attention to detail and self-motivation in daily tasks.Desirable Skills & Experience· Previous experience in a similar production or food manufacturing environment.· Knowledge of IT systems (training will be provided).The successful candidate will:· Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.· Work effectively within a team environment.· Be flexible in their approach to work.· Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.Lakeland Dairies Ltd is committed to having an inclusive workplace where every employee feels they belong.
