If you're ready to take the next step in your career, apply now and become part of the teamThe OpportunityThe Instalment Billing Handler is responsible for managing and processing instalment billing for our customers. This role involves resolving any billing discrepancies and delivering exceptional customer service, all while adhering to company policies and regulations. This role is intended to establish a small team within the Dublin office, which will develop into a group of Instalment Billing specialists dedicated to supporting and advancing the instalment billing processes.Key Responsibilities:Manage instalment billing for clients, ensuring accuracy and timelinessMonitor billing accounts to ensure payments are received and applied correctlyRespond to customer queries regarding billing and payments in a professional and timely mannerInvestigate and resolve billing issues, collaborating with customers and internal teamsMaintain detailed records of billing transactions and customer communicationsHandle policy adjustments, cancellations, reinstatements, and related billing changesCollaborate with the finance and Underwriting teams to improve billing processes and enhance customer satisfactionAssist with queries related to commissions calculation, payment and disputesUnderstanding of relevant industry regulations and compliance standardsKey Requirements / Skills & ExperienceExperience working in a customer service environment, ideally with experience handling queries over the phoneExcellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills and problem-solving skillsAbility to identify issues and implement solutions efficientlyOur Benefits:We offer generous pension scheme contributions, health insurance, a working from home allowance, numerous wellbeing and family benefits, and a well-connected, accessible location with onsite staff parking and provided lunches.Allianz plc. is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland.We at Allianz believe in a strong inclusive culture that encourages people to speak their minds, get involved and question the status quo.
