We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Meetings and Events Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing all aspects of meetings, conferences and special events at our hotel. This includes liaising with clients to understand their requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs, as well as coordinating with various hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution.

* Plan and execute meetings, conferences, weddings and other events
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning or a related field is preferred
* Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
