This is a temporary contract 3 Days per week Administer and coordinate the PPM & reactive works on site with both in-house and external support suppliersLog and update site maintenance related tickets on our 'RealTime' CAFM systemReview and log H&S documentation including permit to work systemCoordinate all works in accordance with agreed contract KPIs/SLA'sLiaise with clients daily to update on tasks and projects where requiredProduce site-specific reportsBe responsible for daily inspection and checks
Job Responsibilities2 years experience in a similar facilities co-ordination/administration roleExcellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skillsThe ability to communicate effectively, over the telephone, email and face to face is essentialPlanning and organisational skills are also required as the role requires balancing many different duties and being able to prioritise themThe ability to accurately complete tasks assignments & responsibilities in timely mannerThe ability to work independently as well as part of a teamWorking knowledge of MS office packages, Word, Excel, PowerpointUnderstanding of planned maintenance procedures & building assetsA good knowledge of health & safety practices
