The company operates across farming, processing, and value-added production, giving you the opportunity to learn every stage of the industry before moving into a full commercial sales role. About the Role The Trainee Sales Executive role offers a structured 18-month programme designed to develop your skills in product knowledge, commercial negotiations, customer relationship management, and international sales. You will work closely with the Head of Sales and gain hands-on experience across production, planning, logistics, and finance. After the 18- month programme you will have a permanent role on the sales/commercial team.
