Executive Assistant (C-Suite Support) – International Scope
Are you a top-tier Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment? Do you pride yourself on being the strategic engine behind successful senior leadership?
We are currently partnering with a leading international organisation with a significant European footprint to find an exceptional Executive Assistant. Supporting two prominent C‑suite leaders, this is a high‑visibility, high‑impact role at the heart of the business.
About the Role
As a trusted partner, you will operate in a high‑calibre, high‑trust environment. You will manage the complex pace and rhythm of the day‑to‑day for senior leadership while collaborating closely with the CEO’s office and international stakeholders across the UK and Europe.
This role requires exceptional judgement, deep emotional intelligence, and the ability to seamlessly handle ambiguity while delivering with precision.
Key Responsibilities

C‑Suite Support: Provide first‑class executive and administrative partnership to two C‑suite leaders.
Calendar & Travel: Masterfully manage ever‑changing calendars across multiple time zones and coordinate seamless, end‑to‑end global travel logistics.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a key liaison and build strong relationships with international teams and senior leadership groups.
Meeting Excellence: Prepare agendas, briefs, and follow‑ups with meticulous attention to detail.
Discretion & Projects: Handle highly confidential information with absolute discretion and deliver on ad‑hoc strategic projects in a dynamic environment.

Experience & Skills

Proven Experience: At least 3 years supporting C‑suite executives within a fast‑paced, complex, or matrix international organisation.
Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams). Experience leveraging tools like Copilot is a strong advantage.
Governance Knowledge: A solid understanding of corporate governance and board‑level processes.
Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are a major plus.
