CQV Engineer Packaging & Process Equipment Dublin | Pharmaceutical Manufacturing | Competitive Salary/Rate A leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation in Dublin is seeking a CQV Engineer to support validation activities across a range of packaging, liquid, and powder process equipment.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing, multidisciplinary engineering team and take ownership of validation activities from protocol development through to execution.
The Role This position will involve full responsibility for Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) activities on new and existing equipment within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring equipment and systems are fully compliant, validated, and ready for production.
Key responsibilities include: Leading CQV activities across packaging and process equipment Writing and executing validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) Supporting commissioning activities and FAT/SAT with vendors Ensuring all validation work is completed in line with GMP and regulatory standards Managing deviations, change controls, and validation documentation Collaborating with engineering, quality, and operations teams Supporting qualification of process equipment and site utilities where required Equipment Scope You will gain exposure to a wide range of systems, including: Packaging lines (labelling, cartoning, serialization) Liquid and powder processing equipment Manufacturing systems across OSD/API environments Potential involvement in utilities and facility systems What Were Looking For Experience in a CQV / Validation role within a GMP environment Strong experience with IQ/OQ/PQ protocol writing and execution Exposure to packaging and/or process equipment validation Experience supporting FAT/SAT and commissioning activities Understanding of GMP, FDA, and regulatory requirements Ability to work across multiple equipment types and systems Why This Role?
