Essentials : HETAC Level 8 Engineering qualification, 2+ years of relevant experience strictly in Ireland, RC frame experience desirable with residential and/or contracting background.
Location : Cork City
Salary : €55,000- €65,000

Our client is a leading residential developer known for constructing high-quality homes across Ireland.
They are expanding rapidly and require a motivated Site Engineer.
This role will involve supervising and monitoring subcontractor work, ensuring quality control, and coordinating site drawings.
The successful candidate will also handle setting out for subcontractors on tasks like foundations, floor slabs, blocklaying, and civil works.
The role also includes maintaining site records, quality assurance documentation, and working closely with the project team to meet demanding targets.
