What You'll Do:Work with inbound, pre-qualified leads—no cold calling

Guide clients through their options and answer questions with professionalism and care
Submit electronic applications and maintain client info in CRM
Attend weekly team calls and skill-building sessions
What You Bring:Sales, customer service, or client-facing experience preferred
