Sourcer, Technical Recruiting for Engineering (Oil & Gas)
Responsibilities
Fast‑paced recruiting role managing inbound applications, proactively sourced candidates & referrals.
Volume phone screens (Teams), 15‑30 minutes, tracked & reported.
Document detailed interview notes, screening information and scores.
Arrange tests, record results and provide feedback.
Manage final interviews, hiring days, assessments and meetings with finalists and hiring managers.
Meet KPI, SLA and performance targets.
Provide HR & administrative support for candidate management, employment contracts, new hires, onboarding and ongoing staff support.
This Role Is Not
HR or a route to HR – this is a sourcing & recruiting role within the recruiting function.
Predominantly inbox recruiting, outreach, or email; the role emphasizes sourcing calls and video engagement.
Remote or hybrid – the position is based in Dublin 2, five days a week.
Qualifications
Proven sourcing &/or recruiting experience, preferably agency experience.
Engineering, Energy or similar background working with professional candidates requiring detailed market knowledge.
Ability to assess engineering resumes, projects and companies.
Process‑driven mindset that works to task and sets activity.
Cadence, urgency and results‑oriented mindset.
Capability to build rapport, deliver a solid candidate experience (CX) and manage expectations.
Inquisitive nature, desire to learn the industry, research roles and pursue self‑development.
