Salary: €70,750 per annum + benefitsWe're looking for a Maintenance Shift Manager to take charge of a multi-skilled team of engineers ensuring optimal equipment performance and reliability for a brand new site based in Newbridge.What You'll Do:* Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support within your discipline (electrical, mechanical, or multiskilled).* Conduct technical audits, manage spare parts inventory, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.* Lead, mentor, and develop your team, including performance management and shift planning.* Promote a strong health & safety culture, ensuring compliance with risk assessments, method statements, and site procedures.* Maintain excellent relationships with customers, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring service levels are met.What We're Looking For:* ONC/HNC or Full B-Tech in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline.* Technical Expertise: Experience with conveyors, sorters, cranes, robotics, PLC/control systems, and CMMS/PPM processes.
