Global Demand Generation Director (Contract)
We're seeking a Global Demand Generation Director for a six‑month full‑time contract starting 1st December 2025 to join our Dublin office.
In this role you will lead a high‑performing global marketing team spanning North America, EMEA, and JAPAC, sustaining momentum from our 2025 go‑to‑market strategy and driving revenue growth across demand, field, partner, and customer marketing functions.
Your day‑to‑day work and responsibilities include
* Lead and Inspire a Global Marketing Function
o Oversee and coach regional and functional marketing leads across time zones (NA, EMEA, JAPAC).
o Ensure tight cross‑functional alignment with Brand, Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
o Promote accountability, clarity, and effective communication across distributed teams.
* Drive Sales‑Led and Product‑Led Growth
o Oversee integrated programs that support both sales‑led pipeline (SLG) and self‑serve (PLG) revenue targets.
o Collaborate with RevOps and Sales leadership to monitor conversion rates, pacing, and ROI across both funnels.
o Ensure the marketing engine is optimized for predictable and scalable pipeline contribution.
* Strengthen Field and Partner Marketing Programs
o Manage the development and execution of a repeatable global field marketing framework to impact key markets.
o Partner with Sales, Enablement, Product, and Customer Success to build experiences that accelerate deal velocity and deepen customer relationships.
o Champion collaborative go‑to‑market planning with tech and solution partners.
* Manage Global Marketing Performance and Budget
o Own and optimize a multi‑million euro marketing budget, ensuring strong ROI and disciplined investment decisions.
o Deliver quarterly and monthly performance updates to the C‑level team, including pipeline contribution, CAC efficiency, and budget utilization.
o Guide the team to make data‑backed investment decisions across channels and regions.
* Elevate Strategic Marketing Excellence
o Drive adoption of best‑in‑class planning, measurement, and campaign execution frameworks.
o Collaborate with RevOps to enhance attribution modeling, reporting accuracy, and spend visibility.
o Promote a culture of test‑and‑learn experimentation that balances creativity with commercial impact.
* Push the Boundaries
o Identify opportunities to improve how teams operate, communicate, and experiment, without causing interruptions.
o Encourage creative thinking and collaboration across regions.
o Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CMO and executive leadership on growth strategy and operational scalability.
This position is for you if you have
* 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with significant experience in global leadership roles.
* Extensive experience leading international teams across multiple time zones.
* Demonstrated ability in managing large‑scale marketing budgets and reporting outcomes to executive stakeholders.
* Deep understanding of sales‑led and product‑led growth motions, effectively promoting pipeline and ARR growth.
* Proficiency in field marketing, partner marketing, and demand generation across enterprise and mid‑market segments.
* Experience optimizing marketing ROI, attribution modeling, and spend efficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Looker.
* Skilled executive presence with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to C‑level audiences.
* Comfort operating in an evolving environment with a bias toward action and accountability.
Ability and willingness to travel to Helsinki, Finland, for team management, key planning sessions, and leadership meetings.
