Job Description
* Oversight of the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen and all food outlets is essential for success.
* The ideal candidate will have experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a high-volume hotel or event setting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong team leadership and communication skills are necessary for this role.
* Able to remain calm and organised under pressure, with strong knowledge of HACCP and kitchen compliance standards.
* Experience with cost control, purchasing, and stock systems is also required.
