Procurement Manager

* We're working with a leading tier 1 main contractor in their search for an experienced professional to oversee the management of onsite resources, including the setup and mobilization of teams, supporting staff, and maintaining high morale.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the procurement process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards related to health & safety, wellbeing, environmental concerns, quality, and sustainability.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and both internal and external stakeholders.
* Report to the Regional Director and collaborate closely with your team, including the Senior Quantity Surveyor, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements:
* Hold a third-level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related trade certification.
* Possess over 5 years of experience as a Construction Contracts Manager on commercial or residential projects valued between €20m and €400m, with a proven track record in high-rise and hospital projects.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and computer skills, with a strong background in reporting on project delivery schedules.
