The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to fulfil a dual role as Office Manager Lead & Executive Assistant. This position is critical to the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office while also providing high-level administrative support to the CEO.
The successful candidate will be comfortable managing competing priorities, handling confidential information with discretion, and acting as a key point of contact within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Office Manager Lead Responsibilities
* Ensuring a warm and professional welcome for employees, clients, suppliers, candidates and other visitors
* Manage incoming calls
* Collaborate with team members to manage daily operations of a busy office, ensuring a professional, efficient, and well-organised working environment
* Support internal teams with administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests
* Ensure office policies and procedures are followed and assist with their continuous improvement
Executive Assistant Responsibilities
* Maintain and manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
* Manage and triage e-mail inquiries, meeting requests, and telephone calls for the CEO, ensuring timely and appropriate responses
* Coordinate meetings, including logistics, attendees, and follow-up actions
* Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion
* Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders

Experience & Qualifications
* Previous experience in an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role
* Experience supporting senior management or executives is highly desirable
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent tools
* Experience managing calendars, emails, and office operations in a fast-paced environment
