The Scheduling & Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for leading the coordination, scheduling and dispatch of operational, maintenance, capital and repair work across regional field operations. The role manages a team of Scheduler & Dispatchers and ensures work orders are prioritised, allocated and progressed effectively using Uisce Éireann systems and scheduling tools.Working closely with field operations, customer teams and contractors, the role supports operational delivery, emergency response, workforce planning, KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives. The position also contributes to the implementation of standardised scheduling processes, systems adoption and operational transformation programmes across the business.
