Position: Make Ready Technician
Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt
Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time
Location: Residential Maintenance
Description:
Reybold is a Construction and Property Management Company that builds, maintains, and leases several properties throughout Delaware. We are currently seeking a dependable and hard-working Make Ready/Turn Technician to ensure that vacated units are thoroughly restored to 'market ready' condition in a timely and efficient manner while meeting quality standards.
Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Inspect vacated units and complete Make Ready Checklist
2. Perform duties to restore units to 'market-ready' status, including but not limited to: painting, drywall repairs, basic carpentry, appliance installation, tile repair, re-keying doors, changing filters, etc.
3. Assist with quality control inspections as needed
4. Assist in the completion of work orders and preventative maintenance as needed
5. Participate in on-call responsibilities and assignments.
Requirements:
1. Minimum three years of related experience
2. Valid Driver's License
3. Entry Level acceptable
Competencies:
1. Availability to participate in the rotation of after-hours emergency maintenance calls
2. Self-starter with ability to work independently
3. Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety standards
4. Ability to understand and follow direction
5. Ability to professionally, safely, and efficiently perform assigned duties
6. Ability to communicate effectively
7. Own hand tools
