A well-established engineering services company operating within the pharmaceutical, laboratory, and controlled environments sector is seeking an HVAC / Projects Engineer based in Cork to join its growing team.What's on offer Competitive Salary Healthcare Pension Bonus Company van (fuel card & toll card included) Laptop & phone provided Ongoing training & career developmentThe RoleYou will be responsible for the validation, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and optimisation of critical HVAC and clean environment systems, ensuring full compliance with industry and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities Validation of fume cupboards, safety cabinets, isolators, and laminar airflow systems Cleanroom air cleanliness classification assessments Installation and integrity testing of HEPA filters and small ducted systems Commissioning of AHUs, HVAC and process exhaust systems Mechanical maintenance of critical HVAC equipment Optimising systems for energy efficiency HVAC surveys and preparation of technical drawingsRequirements Relevant technical qualification (preferred) Experience in HVAC, mechanical, or building services environments Strong understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical installations Willingness to learn and develop within regulated environmentsAdecco Ireland is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
