The team delivers seamless investor onboarding and lifecycle servicing, established controls and measurable service quality to provide a market-leading experience for LGT’s investors. The role oversees onboarding and first-line AML/KYC ensuring investors receive excellent service. A key objective is to drive a continuous improvement culture in collaboration with LGT Capital Partners to enhance the end-to-end investor experience.ResponsibilitiesSet the TA/Investor Experience strategy and operating model across Luxembourg and Dublin; establish one set of processes, controls, SLAs and service standards across locationsLead, coach, build capabilities and training to form a high-performing team delivering service excellence from both locationsOversee end-to-end onboarding and all lifecycle events; partner with AML/Compliance to ensure first-line execution aligns with second-line policy and risk appetite across Luxembourg and IrelandOwn TA service quality to internal stakeholders and investors; establish feedback loops and visible service metrics; drive timely processing and communicationsServe as primary TA counterpart to LGT CP and LGT FM Senior Management; chair and participate in relevant forums; act as escalation point for service issues and mitigate recurring risksMaintain a robust control framework and ensure alignment to CSSF and CBI expectations; oversee audit readiness (ISAE controls) and timely closure of findingsOwn the TA technology roadmap and data quality; collaborate on onboarding tooling and workflow platformsResponsible for TA budget, workforce planning and vendor SLAs; ensure quality, cost-effective service and scalable capacity for fundraising cycles and peak eventsRequirementsAt least 8 years of experience running a Transfer Agency team in an external or internal Fund Administrator, ideally within Private EquityDeep knowledge of TA operations, first-line KYC/AML execution and liaison with second line; familiarity with FATCA/CRS and sanctions processesProven ability to lead teams, oversee career development, and facilitate individual growthAptitude to anticipate future client needs and enhance services accordinglyStrong control mindset and audit exposure (ISAE/SOC) with experience in error/incident management and remediationTechnology-savvy with hands-on ownership of TA platforms and integrations to fund accounting (e.g., Investran) and investor/workflow toolsTrack record of driving measurable service improvements and change portfolios; vendor and outsourcing oversight experienceStrong stakeholder management with senior clients and boards; clear, empathetic communication and resilience under pressureFluency in English required; proficiency in German is an assetWhat you can expectModern working conditions, including work-from-home options, satellite office in Wasserbillig and a home office allowanceDiverse culture founded on mutual respect and teamworkProfessional development and personal growth opportunities through internal and external trainingOwnership by the Princely Family of Liechtenstein and an entrepreneurial cultural influenceCommitment to ESG and long-term sustainability practicesContact InformationIf you are interested in becoming part of a successful alternative investment management team in an international, multicultural environment, we would be pleased to hear from you.
