Project Coordinator
About the Role
This is a permanent position based in Dublin, Ireland. We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our site mechanical teams and oversee project scheduling and planning activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead on site mechanical teams to ensure all project requirements and deadlines are met
* Oversight of project scheduling and planning activities
* Liaise with site managers, project teams, and attend client/sub-contractor meetings
* Manage all site resources, including direct labour crews and subcontractors
* Coordinate material orders and ensure timely delivery to site
* Monitor progress and maintain high standards of work quality throughout the contract
Requirements:
The successful candidate must have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with proven experience managing mechanical teams and delivering construction projects. Strong planning, scheduling, and resource management skills are essential, as well as the ability to coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and site teams effectively.
