What you will do:
This is a key and exciting full-time role within our Eircode customer service contract. This role will suit an ambitious, self-motivated, meticulous and quality focused person. As part of a small team it's a hands-on role that offers the successful applicant a variety of opportunities and responsibilities from dealing with incoming calls and emails ensuring customer service quality and excellence to expressing ideas for process and continuous service improvement.
The successful candidate will be based remotely and in our Clonakilty head office. Full training will be provided.
The role
* Be an Eircode expert - provide accurate and concise information to the public about Eircode via inbound and outbound channels - email, phone and post.
* Process all interactions with the public via our CRM system accurately and in line with existing processes.
* Deal with queries in a timely, professional and consistent manner while ensuring service delivery targets are met.
* Escalate to team seniors as required and ensure that data protection and GDPR best practice is adhered to.
* Provide support to the wider Eircode function through administrative and reporting tasks as required.
Your experience and attributes will include:
* Previous customer service experience is essential with the ability to take ownership and solve problems
* A highly methodical team player with excellent communication and organisational skills and a thorough attention to detail
* Highly effective verbal and written communication skills, including a high standard of vocabulary & grammar
* Someone who can work well independently and collaboratively with access to a quiet private place to work at home with strong Wi-Fi signal and at least 10Mbps download speed.
* A positive and flexible approach with ability to work under pressure or in response to increased workloads
* Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite applications and data entry (desirable).
