Customer Service Specialist - Food and Beverage Delivery

Job Description:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of quality work. You will use your skills to ensure the smooth running of food and beverage delivery operations on a full-time basis.
Contracted to 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, you will be responsible for delivering hospitality orders safely, promptly, and with excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive, check, and approve food and beverage orders from clients
* Prepare, package, and label orders accurately and in line with client requirements
* Deliver food and beverage orders safely, promptly, and with exceptional customer service
* Assist with basic food preparation, counter set-up, and serving of food and beverages as needed
* Ensure the highest level of customer care is delivered to clients and customers
* Follow health and safety guidelines (full training will be provided)
* Correctly store food items and equipment after service
* Use computer systems for order processing and basic reporting (training provided)
* Support colleagues in a willing and positive manner, assisting other duties as required
Requirements:
* Full clean driving licence (provisional licences not accepted)
* Excellent people and teamwork skills
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
* Good attention to detail and organisational skills
* Proficiency in English language
* Previous experience in catering, hospitality, customer service, or delivery is an advantage but not essential
