Job Description:
A Health and Safety Advisor & Trainer is sought to join our organization. This role involves conducting site audits, risk assessments, and providing expert advice to clients on health and safety management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments
• Provide advice and guidance on health and safety best practices
• Develop and deliver training programs for clients
• Assist clients with compliance requirements
• Investigate accidents and near misses
Requirements:
• Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a health and safety professional
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop bespoke training programs and competently deliver training
