Quantity Surveyor Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Toomebridge.
* Assist on high-quality fit-out projects, including groundworkers and decorators.
* Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors for fit-out trades.
* Prepare cost estimates and budgets for hotel fit-outs.
For this role, we are looking for:
Key Requirements:
* Experience in quantity surveying, preferably with hotel fit-out projects.
* Strong understanding of working alongside main contractors and subcontractors.
* A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow.
