Job Title: Project Management Leader
As a seasoned project management professional, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of projects, ensuring robust planning, risk management, and resource allocation. This role requires strategic thinking, business acumen, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and lead a high-performing project management office (PMO) function, aligning with company goals and implementing scalable project delivery frameworks.
* Develop and manage long-term programmes, budgets, monitoring expenditures, and maintaining integrated resource plans.
* Act as the point of contact with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and governance.
* Build, lead, and mentor a team of project managers, fostering a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and continuous improvement.
* Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for project delivery and provide regular reports to senior executives and governance bodies.
Requirements:
* 10+ years in project and programme management within the energy or infrastructure sectors, with proven leadership and budget management experience.
* Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related discipline; professional certification desirable.
* Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
