About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in North Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take ownership of high-value construction projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, safely, and to client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, from pre-construction through handover.
* Lead on-site delivery teams, ensuring alignment with programme, cost, and quality goals.
* Oversee procurement, scheduling, and risk management activities.
* Maintain compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality standards.
* Foster a collaborative relationship with clients and consultants.
* Report regularly on progress, challenges, and solutions to senior leadership.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have several years of experience managing medium to large-scale construction projects, with expertise in complex, high-spec environments. You should also demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and planning skills, and hold a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in engineering or construction.
