Procurement Excellence
Your role as a Chief Procurement Officer will play a pivotal part in driving procurement success.
Main Responsibilities:
* End-to-End Procurement: Assist in sourcing, purchasing and coordinating with suppliers to ensure seamless process execution.
* Inventory Management: Oversee the reorder process for inventory stock ensuring optimal levels.
* Purchase Orders: Prepare and manage purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness.
* Supplier Negotiation: Support negotiations with suppliers to secure best value for cost, quality and delivery terms.
* Supplier Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor supplier performance and contribute to supplier reviews.
* Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align purchasing needs with business requirements.
Requirements for Success:
* Experience: 2–3 years in procurement or supply chain management.
* Education: Qualification in procurement, e.g., CIPS IIPMM or currently studying towards one is preferred.
* Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
