ACCPRO have partnered with a leading global tech firm to recruitment of a Payroll Analyst. This role sits within the EMEA team and requires 1-2 years experience and but must have good Workday exposure. Initial 6-month contract. €455,000. Hybrid. Responsibilities: Calculate and ensure the timely processing of payments Coordinate with Finance/Treasury to ensure all payroll funding is approved Conduct regular audits of payroll reports Perform Gross-to-Net (GTN) reconciliations Partner with HR, Finance, and Legal to streamline workflows Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries Manage the monthly processing cycle for 34 EMEA entities Requirements: 2 years payroll experience processing payroll in a large organisation Attention to detail and analytical problem solving skills Ability to work well within tight deadlines Collaborative team player; ability to work in cross-functional teams Prior experience with Workday Skills: Payroll EMEA Workday Payroll EMEA
