The role involves obtaining design specifications from existing Architects and Specifiers and developing new business with key project accounts in the area. Candidates should be self-sufficient, resilient, with a hunter mentality, strong work ethic, and flexible attitude.What you will doCreate sales plans to penetrate architectural and design firms, developers, corporate accounts, and service providers to gain specifications and sales of work surfaces, flooring, interior cladding, and exterior facades.Develop new project opportunities through personal sales efforts and relationships with architects, designers, building owners, and property management firms involved in new development or renovation work.Promote products through formal presentations to architects, designers, and targeted organizations.Execute sales plans within agreed timelines.Maintain accurate relationship and project details in the CRM system.Manage the sales development of Cosentino surfacing products, focusing on exterior applications within the core geography.Represent and promote Cosentino in the community through hosting and attending local events.Ensure successful sales implementation by managing and communicating across all parties, updating sales collateral, technical data, samples, mockups, and proposals.Manage own sales budget, staying within budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.Assist with regional account roll-out programs, potentially involving travel outside the assigned geography.Continuously learn about Cosentino products, applications, and installation processes to ensure customer satisfaction.Provide key sales information and recommendations to senior management.Coordinate with account managers, business partners, fabricators, and contractors for successful project execution.What you need to succeedThe candidate should live in Dublin and have at least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
