Manager, Partner Success



Kneat enables regulated organizations to move from paper-based validation to intelligent, digitized, paperless solutions. We develop a powerful, purpose-built software platform, including Kneat Gx—the world’s most advanced validation software launched in 2014, revolutionizing validation in the Life Sciences sector. Our solution is used by some of the world’s leading Life Sciences companies.

What we’re looking for
As Kneat continues to expand, we seek an enthusiastic Manager of Partner Success to join our Operations Team.

Position overview
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Enablement, the Manager of Partner Success will lead a team of Partner Success Managers responsible for supporting Kneat’s partner ecosystem.

The Manager of Partner Success is responsible for leading and overseeing the team to ensure strategic partners are supported, engaged, and achieving shared business objectives. A key focus is expanding partnerships in emerging markets and developing existing partner models, including technology and referral partnerships. This role manages the end-to-end partner journey, optimizes partnership performance, and aligns cross-functional resources to foster growth and retention. Responsibilities

* Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Partner Success team. Set goals, monitor performance, and provide coaching.
* Partner Relationship Management: Act as an executive contact for key partners, ensuring their needs are met and engagement with our products, services, and vision is maintained.
* Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategy, KPIs, and roadmaps, aligning team activities with company goals.
* Operational Excellence: Develop scalable processes, systems, and tools to streamline operations and improve partner satisfaction.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support to advocate for partner needs and drive joint strategies.
* Retention & Growth: Drive partner retention, expansion, and satisfaction through value realization, health metrics, and proactive risk management.
* Reporting & Insights: Track key metrics, provide insights, and use data to inform decisions.

Minimum qualifications

* 5+ years of experience managing high-performing teams.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust.
* Strategic thinker with operational expertise.
* Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), partner portals, and success platforms (e.g., Gainsight).
* Ability to analyze data and derive strategic insights.
* Experience in process-driven environments.
* Experience in regulated industries such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, or Validation.

Nice to haves

* Knowledge of Kneat Gx applications and Life Sciences processes.
* Experience managing international partners and understanding regional compliance.
* Experience with Global System Integrators.
* Multilingual communication skills.
