The Role As a Senior Tax Manager within the Private Client team, you will take responsibility for managing complex tax matters for high-net-worth individuals, business owners, entrepreneurs, and family offices.
You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical expertise, practical solutions, and strategic insight across a broad range of tax areas.
Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse portfolio of private clients, including high-net-worth individuals, owner-managed businesses, and family wealth structures Provide advisory and compliance services across income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax, succession planning, and personal tax planning Lead and review complex personal and trust tax compliance work, ensuring technical accuracy and timely delivery Advise clients on wealth structuring, business succession, estate planning, and cross-border personal tax matters Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact and trusted advisor Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the private client practice Mentor and manage junior team members, supporting their technical and professional development Liaise with Revenue and other external stakeholders as required About You Dual qualified: ACA and CTA (essential)Strong experience in private client tax within a professional services or advisory environment Excellent technical knowledge of Irish personal tax and related advisory areas Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality advisory work Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Commercial mindset with an interest in contributing to practice growth
