Our organization is seeking a dedicated Social Care Professional to support individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities, autism, and other complex needs in living ordinary lives within community-based settings.

* The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting adults towards independent living and community integration, as part of a dynamic team of social and care professionals.
Key qualifications include:
* A minimum of a level 7 qualification on the QQI framework or equivalent in health or social care.
* At least 1 year's experience working with vulnerable adults or individuals with intellectual disabilities.
* A strong understanding of legislation protecting vulnerable adults.
* A full, clean manual driver's license and availability of own car for work-related purposes.
* Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.
