The Environment and Sustainability (ES) Department now requires an ES Graduate to join the team.
The successful candidate will enjoy working on multiple large-scale pharmaceutical, medtech and data centre projects in the Irish and international markets.
The role is office based, with occasional potential site opportunities.
Depending on the successful candidates' preference, this opportunity can be permanent or on a contract basis.
We are interested in hearing from candidates who have an interest/knowledge/experience in the following:
Responsibilities
Support in the area of environmental management / consultancy for EPA licensed facilities
Prepare regulatory applications e.g. IE/IPC licenses, and licence compliance reports
Prepare or input into Environmental Impact Assessment Reports (EIAR)
Conduct Best Available Technique (BAT) assessments
Prepare and implement Environmental Management Plans and systems to ISO 14001 standards.
Environmental auditing and inspections
Input to LEED and/or BREEAM Assessments across commercial & industrial schemes
Input to NZEB, Low/Net Zero Carbon/Energy Building design strategies
Undertake Climate risk assessment, Building life-cycle assessment & Sustainability master planning
Develop and manage client relationships (Internally and Externally)
Technical report writing
Qualifications
Qualification (Level 8) in Architecture /Engineering/ Environmental/ Sustainability or related subject
Strong communication skills and experience in dealing with internal (company teams and management) and external parties (industries, communities and regulatory agencies).
