The role of Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager is a critical position that requires a highly skilled and organized individual with excellent management skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and extensive experience as a Project/Contracts Manager in the Mechanical HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To manage multiple mechanical contracts simultaneously, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling of projects from conception to completion.
2. To coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure that all projects meet client specifications and are delivered on time and within budget.
3. To conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards
4.
